I may be a bit old-fashioned but the use of ‘Du’ instead of ‘Sie’ required a bit of and adjustment. Perhaps as a suggestion for improvement. The parking garage entrance could be marked a bit more clearly from the street. My wife had an ankle injury (fractured her fibula) and at arrival it was not quite obvious where the elevator was so she had to climb a few stairs. It also would be nice if there would be water refilling stations offered on the floors - quite a few hotels offer that."
