I tried to contact you to cancel the stay because I apparently did not wear the right type of mask required by the state nor did I have the right paperwork - only my passport and a valid PCR test. I asked if they could cancel there but no. I had no idea that there was a problem until I stood at the reception with the result that I had to drive for 14 hours to get home. Not fun

Comfortable and very near autobahn exit

Did not make use of the health/spa facilities Clean German Efficiency for the rest I found the bed small and short but comfortable. Truly a single bed. Often hotels avail queen size beds for single travellers, easy to grow accustomed to The schnitzel was good

Nice clean hotel with great fitness facilities. Breakfast nice as well. Outside of town, but fine if you just want to stay in the hotel. Sound proofing is not good, due to a party in the hotel lots of noise in the corridors and outside.

Hotel and rooms are OK. The ‘Exclusive’ rooms are much nicer than the regular rooms and worth the upgrade. Fitness facilities are super. Staff a little bit slow and grumpy, particularly at breakfast.

Not Bad but Expensive

The room is very outdated and the pictures in the hotel website paint a far more luxurious picture than the rooms in real life. The restaurant was expensive for the quality food the spa it very good one of the best that I have been in for a while but all in all the extravagance of the hotel is not matched by the rooms but a nice stay.

Für eine Nacht OK, aber zu hohe Parkgebühren.

Checkin bei einem mutmaßlich neuen MA sehr steril und persönlich. Ich erhielt keinerlei Infos über das Hotel - diese musste ich selber einholen. 2 von 3 Aufzügen waren defekt - daher längere Wartezeiten. Mein Einzelzimmer Comfort (#422) war sehr klein und hatte bestimmt keine 20qm wie angegeben. Die Mininar war abgeklemmt, da diese angeblich Stromkosten i.H. von €876/a verursacht hat und man nun lieber Snacks per Roboter an den Gast bringen möchte. Der Teppich im Flur war zudem nicht besonders sauber und auch die Zimmerausstattung wies kleinere Mängel auf. Der Spa Bereich ist schön und die 10€ Eintritt sind fair. Auch die Preise des Restaurants im Vital Spa sind OK , ebenso wie die Qualität der Speisen. Der CheckOut verlief recht zügig- gefrühstückt habe ich nicht. Die Kosten für Parken (€15) halte ich für eine Aussenfläche am Stadtrand persönlich für zu hoch. Insgesamt hat das FreizeitIn bei mir keinen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen, zudem würde ich besonders wegen den hohen Parkgebühren nicht wiederkommen.

Super schönes Hotel mit Wellness Bereich

Das Freizeit in ist wirklich klasse. Ich war mittlerweile nun 4 oder 5 Mal dort und fahre bald wieder hin, weil es angeschlossen an einen richtig tollen Wellness Bereich ist. Es gibt einen Wellness Gang von dem man aus direkt im Bademantel ins Hotel gehen kann um direkt nach der Sauna ins Bettchen zu huschen.
