I didn't like the side of the hotel I was on the busy traffic outside. TV's need to be upgraded where you can get Netflix and other subscription channels if you have an account. The breakfast could have been better.

Loved everything about it except for the fleas

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great. Tiffany at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety of items to choose from. My room was awesome, and my bed was the first hotel bed I’ve ever slept in that didn’t give me back pain. I slept like a baby. The only problem I had was that I was attacked by fleas when I got up to use the restroom that morning. I am allergic to flea bites, so I knew immediately what they were when they landed on my ankles. I was bit a few times and now have marks that will take years to clear away. I did advise Tiffany at the front desk and Airdropped the video to her. I was staying on the 5th floor and was advised pets are not allowed on that floor. She stated she would show the manager and have them contact me. I still have not been contacted. I am hoping that the room was exterminated because it is a major inconvenience to have fleas jumping around your hotel. More rooms may need to be checked because most people wouldn’t notice fleas because they are so small. I have included blurry pics of the fleas that a screenshotted from the videos I took. This hotel would have received 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the fleas.

I would stay at this property again. One of the elevators was broken during our entire 3 day stay but I prefer that than to get on an elevator that isn’t working. Stephanie was great and all staff was pleasant and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms. My go to hotel for sure!

Not great

Rooms are smaller than pictured. Very uncomfortable mattresses. According to the person at the front desk, the hotel is in a bad area, which is why they have security for part of the day (she shared this completely unsolicited). No smart TV, so stuck with cable. The breakfast buffet is plentiful but not good.

Good hotel bad experience

Had two rooms and was charged for parking in both rooms even though we only had one vehicle. The pool was not open and would not have booked a hotel if we had known this.
