Noisy heater in room, and the tub drain cap did not stay open during the shower; but the little touches, Kleenex, combination hair dryer and night light, shampoo and conditioner were all very welcome.

Convenient place to stay with all the amenities. Breakfast was really good. I loved the early start time on the weekend since I had an early event to be at all weekend. As someone traveling solo, I really appreciated that they have an actual separate freezer. Being able to freeze my ice packs for the trip home was a huge plus. The bed was really comfy, staff were super nice, and the shower was awesome—great pressure and perfect temperature. The only downside is the location can be a bit noisy since it’s near a major intersection, but that’s to be expected. Pack earplugs and you’re good to go. I’d definitely come back again.

The room was run down. The towels were thin. The bathroom door was warped. The AC/heater was very loud and kept me up all night. The breakfast room was not nice. The front desk person was rude upon check-in. This should be rated a 1.5 star hotel. The hotel stated that it had been remodeled , but it still looked like the rooms, hallway carpet and doors hadn’t been updated for at least 40 years.

Stay was terrible. We got feiends to also stay there. Our friends showed up 45 minutes after we did. We had to wait 35 minutes to check in since the worker was unable to do her job correctly. She charged the poor old people in front of 3 times instead of doing refunds. We finally get to go and get put in a broken down handicap room. The door was broken i could also put my entire hand under the front door. Room was dirty and and unpleasant. Our friends show up and they get a free upgrade to a suite. Couldnt do it again. I feel the online ratings were created by staff. Was not worth the stay. Not to mention all the homeless crack heads in the parking lot.

I got the two bedroom suite, and it was very spacious. The price was just right. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. I would say only one thing I wish the towels were softer, dry with hard towels is no fun. But overall, it was good.

Pool area was chaotic, tried to go into the hot tub at 10 PM and there were young adults jumping into it like a pool. Hallways smelt very strongly like cigarettes and rooms were not the cleanest. Kinda bummed we stayed there when there are other places same price and definitely better.
