The property itself is beautiful! The beaches are clean and plenty of room for all. The food is nothing short of horrid! The selections seem good, but it was a huge disappointment and painful. They use MSG on everything and if you have a sensitivity to it you'll spend your vacation in agony. My son and I figured out pretty quick that something wasn't right and upon asking before meals we found few that we could actually eat without reprocussions. We ate with trepidation not knowing if we'd be sick or not. Such a letdown.

Our family loved staying at the Reef. Grocery shopping and off-property dining were easily accessible. Kitchenette made dining in the room super easy. We were able to boil eggs, microwave popcorn, keep leftovers in the fridge, etc. The bathroom was very spacious. Housekeeping was super responsive. Free laundry on the second level. And the view just can’t be beat. The only thing that seemed off was that the closet was really, really warm. It did help with drying our wet clothes though. Overall we would definitely stay here again. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave.

Great vacation, the facility, room services and the beach were awesome. I have many comments on the transportation inside the facility and the transportation they offered to and from airport. Most of the drivers were rude and driving recklessly and have no respect to time.

People in the whole island were not very friendly. No answering questions or simply accusing you of misconduct. In the shop at dolphin cay a staff member yielded to me saying that I could not take pictures of the photos, I was not I had my phone out because I was waiting for a call. You over charged for everything and the most sic at the PEARCH was horrible.

The hotel was beautiful and we have a good time, but I think that for been a beautiful resort the should be more economic with the foods , for example the poseidon buffet $75 pp x 2 was $150 , another example room servive we order only breakfast two times again over price hashbrowns like a rock, breakfast cold, waffles without syrup$60 to 70 $ charge to our room...with the amount of guest the you get daily if I least you add the continental breakfast that will be a plus.......this is an idea to improve your service....also you have beautiful personal but if some of then that they need to improve their attitude around the aqua park.....thank you
