As you walk into the home, you are greeted by a stylish living room and dining area, open updated kitchen with all new Frigidaire appliances. Come cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or order-in from one of the many local restaurants. Grill out under the lights on the back patio and enjoy a game of corn hole (provided) in the giant yard or play a game of Giant Connect4. Jump on the Allen-Covenanter Greenway or B-Line Trial with one of the 3 bikes provided or ride straight to the beautiful campus of Indiana University, downtown Bloomington and Kirkwood.

The single level home offers 4 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 twin XL beds) and a full laundry room stocked with detergent to use at your leisure. Make yourself cozy on the new couch and watch a movie on the 65" flat screen TV. Three of the bedrooms have mounted TVs. 3 full bathrooms fully stocked with soaps, towels, and essentials. The queen bedroom has a connected large full bath. The King bedroom has a Peloton bike for you to enjoy. The double twin XL room has a 55" TV, a Nintendo game console, children's toys/books, and a tracker with extra monitor to use while looking out the large wall to wall corner windows.
