We came for a getaway to Mall of America and had a wonderful stay. Staff were so attentive, consistently going above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable visit. Thank you especially to Rhoda and Luis for help during our stay. The free hot breakfast was delicious and had an impressive array of options. We will certainly be back.

Excellent choice to stay at for Mall of America Advantures. Shuttle service to Mall was very much appreciated. Drivers went above and beyond expectations. Only drawback was low stools in waiting area. One of my friends didn’t realize one was behind her and tripped backwards over bruising her side. Receptionist asked if she was okay but did not offer to report or remove stools. Is a hazard

The room was pretty clean, other then someone else’s garbage on top of the refrigerator the furniture looked like it could use a cleaning. The heat did not work in the room we stayed in. When I got home I checked my credit card statement and found a pending charge of 100.00. So I called and questioned the charge, I was was told I would receive a charge back of 89.00. When I questioned why only 89.00 I was told I had to pay for parking, I then said that I did not have a car, I was then told I had to tell them at check in that I did not have a car. My response was I thought that was self explanatory when I came to the hotel on the airport shuttle.

Amazing staff!

Our stay was good! The staff was really friendly. The room had a little smell to it but we got over it. Also toilet was broken but maintenance had it fixed within 10 mins. Everything else was perfect for our stay. Very close to mall of America.

The check in and out, especially the keyless entry was hugely convenient. No hidden fees or charges, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast with carnitos, eggs, potatoes, and a variety of healthy options like chia pudding and overnight oats. Highly recommend.

Clean but needs an update

My overall summary is clean, but should be avoided until the hotel gets a remodel. Starting with the positives: The hotel is in a great location for people wanting to experience the Mall of America. The rooms are also clean and staff are wonderful. Cons: This is one outdated and beat down hotel that looks and feels like it needed a renovation 8 years ago. The elevators lurch, make terrible noises, and make people with motion sickness not feel well. The doors on all the rooms for some reason have a 2-3 inch gap at the bottom so that you can hear everything in the hall. Our bed was very hard and worn out and the shower head took some messing with to work. I will never stay here again and it should be avoided at all cost.
