Room was clean and staff were super nice. A couple of notes about our room, there was an old nasty bandaid attached to the smoke detector, can only imagine why. In the bathroom there was no conditioner in the shower, the tub looked very yellow stained and the drain leaked excessively.

Loved this hotel and will stay again! The location is very close to the Mohegan Sun Arena, and super convenient that TGI Fridays is right there. Breakfast was an added bonus. All staff was helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again!

For the price point you can stay elsewhere. Wouldn’t book again. But if you’re in a rush it’ll do. The hotel itself is very outdated. Old televisions. The area has a lot of crime. The police if your from out of town clocks license plates && they are annoying. It’s a high drug & prostitution area. The Studio isn’t a studio room. Staff are very pleasant. Very nice people. Ice dispenser disgusting. Pool has a musty stinch. Shares an open courtyard with a motel. Hints the prostitution & drugs. But the staff was pleasant. I wouldn’t stay again, but the staff are very pleasant.

Perfect location. We wanted to see some things in Scranton but be out of the city We had TGIF right on property and a casino down the street staff was friendly rooms comfy and breakfast very good

The staff when checking in were nice. The room is definitely outdated, especially the TVs. The lack of streaming options is an interesting choice. The pullout sofa wasn’t very clean so I ended up just sleeping on top of the couch. Parking was easy but clearly in a seedy area, questioning safety of the car. The gym looked very rundown.
