The room was great, very comfortable and the pillows are to die for- however- if I am paying almost $400 for 2 nights and you have a breakfast set up in the morning- we began to help ourselves like any hotel guest would- and then when I ask for a togo box for my sleeping child in my room- you look up my room and tell me “your room doesn’t get free breakfast” maybe have someone checking that prior- we would have NEVER paid $15 for a hotel breakfast- we would have just went out. We did it for the conscience- definitely not the taste.

We had a nice overnight stay. The room and hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. Didn’t love paying for parking but it’s to be expected in a downtown hotel. I live in the area and this is a nice place for a quick getaway.

Room was nice. Shuttle driver was the best. Very accommodating and really nice. Room service/customer service were terrible. We asked for a bottle opener to be brought up to our room and were told we could come down and get one. Got to the desk and they weren't even busy. We also didn't get our chocolate chip cookies.

At 9:45 am this morning, housekeeping knocked and then opened our door, stepped in and after I and my husband were woken up by it, I said "what the hell?!" The person left our room. Our suite was huge which was very nice!! The food was great from the restaurant , and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars, is because the bathroom was slightly dirty and the shower was the worst shower I’ve ever had at a hotel. The shower head didn’t work at all completely, there was no exhaust for the steam, and the water was extremely inconsistent, it kept going from warm to very hot along with inconsistent pressure. If you pay for a suite you expect better from the shower. Aside from that, we would stay here again, but will check out the shower before settling.

Everything was fine, but the check in process. Asked for early check in, which wasn't available, which is ok. But then waited in line to be told at 4pm (check in time) our room was still not available. At 4:20 after waiting in a long line again, with all of our belongings, was told how lucky we were that our room was available now.. The front desk lady said it 3 times that we were so lucky our room was ready- after our check in time. I have never experienced anything like that before. They were very busy, but we pay a fortune for a room we don't even stay in a full 24 hours and I just wanted time to change and freshen up and relax before our event and barely had any time to do so..

Room was very spacious and clean, shower head was completely working but it was fine. Staff was very nice, indoor pool was good. Breakfast was ok, coffee from the market was good too. It’s conveniently located right across the street from the convention center and has a connector which is also great. We also appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. My kids loved the cookies as well.

My rooms heat did not work when I arrived. Someone came and fixed it but it was still wasn’t warming up. The last day is when our room passed 69.
At 85 it wouldn’t go pass 69 after being fixed

The hotel.cancelled my room before i got there with no warning and when we got there at 930pm we had to go find another hotel on a super busy weekend.

great hotel, great staff, unfortunately our heat was malfunctioning and we froze for a couple days. They made up for it with free breakfasts(we never ate, though), free parking, and late check out. Will go back
