No heat in the room. Upon arriving in my room (809) the temperature was 67 degrees. Thermostat inoperative. Notified front desk. Their response was to have a maintenance worker place a portable heater in the room. Front desk informed me that the heating system was not working. Will not stay there again.

Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were cleaned daily. Good location for Country Calling concert. Parking was only problem. Limited parking. Great restaurants nearby. Overall I’d definitely recommend and stay there again.

Rooms definitely could use an update--areas looked like there was mold growing on ceiling. One of the beds was very worn down and felt lumpy for lack of a better way of describing it.
