I don't expect any place to be perfect but the issues my family and I had should not have occurred, especially for the extremely high amount of money we paid. As soon as we entered the room, my daughter tried to relax by taking her shoes off. I immediately had her put them back on once I noticed glass slithers all over the floor. I brought this to front desks attention. No apology from them, they just said we'll send house keeping up to vacuum. The mircowave was dirty, used soap on bathroom floor and medication was found behind the dresser. The shampoo and conditioner were completely empty too. Parking couldn't be found once we returned from dinner and we had to continuously drive around until the front desk had an employee came to the parking lot with a flashlight looking at parking passes. We eventually found a spot but the other three vehicles behind us weren't as lucky. And the air conditioning didn't work properly. This was also brought to the front desks attention. They sent maintenence to the room while we were gone. When we returned, it still didn't work and a box fan was on the table. The room size was spacious and the amenities were great but that is not worth the safety and comfortability of my family. If this review prevents at least one family from losing their hard earned money they save all year for a vacation than it was worth writing.

The ocenview room view was beautiful, could use some paint. First thing you see when you open your eyes is the ocean due to the entire wall being glass. Some of the housekeepers are dix. Front desk was pleasant and helpful and the rum shack downstairs has fun staff and strong drinks. Boom, reviewed.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. 2 pools outside was great. Tiki bar was great between the pools. Parking wasn’t the best - very tight. AC wasn’t the best either. During the day stayed at 73 degrees and at night 71 degrees in the room even though I sat the thermostat to 65 degrees.

Location was great!! Outdoor pools and tiki bar were nice. Everything from the room to the pool chairs are outdated. The indoor pool I could barely breathe It was so hot and smells like bug spray. The staff was excellent my housekeeper Kevin was amazing. The pullout sleeper sofa because we had six guest was so uncomfortable and broken. Decent price for location in Ocean

Family beach trip and a mediocre hotel

Tv was broken and had to be replaced. Room service every 3 days... dishwasher top rack was busted. Dirty. Toilet seat needed replaced 5 years ago. The only difference between this place and the roach motel was the ocean view balcony. Not what i was expecting for $350 a night!
