Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
If I could rate this place a 0 I would . Took a chance on a place with no reviews and quickly found out why . On arrival stains on the bed and towels . Chewed up chewing gum on the side of the bed . Unclean kitchen . And cheap appliances . When I complained no response . I booked for a 3 night stay . For the first night I had to find a different accommodation to stay at as it was just that dirty . Contacted Expedia and was given a voucher . Response from this team is simply terrible . If you think you will get more than an automated random message you are mistaken . Expedia contacted them constantly throughout . Met with no response They said they would be present in case of any questions but was met with silence . Make sure to read the booking . It requires £200 security deposit . Then a £35 CLEANING fee . All for the place to be dirty . It was laughable at that point . after all that was said was the issues that I had, had been resolved . Which in all truth they had . I had fresh bedding and towels . Chewed chewing gum removed . I chose to shower at an alternative accomodation as the shower itself looked terrible . Please don’t stay here . Respect yourself enough not to stay here . Serious improvements need to be made within management . No one deserves to spend their hard earned money with that stay
