We had a lovely suite with a perfect kitchenette and city views. Bed was comfortable, there was an armchair and there was good storage space. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Very handy central location.

Breakfast was very good, staff were kind. Location was very central for the train station. The social event (some drinks and nibbles on Mon-Wed night) was pleasant. The room was nice and well laid out. Up on the 11th floor, it was not noisy. The only significant downside was the Guest Laundry. This was free (bring your own detergent), with 5 washing machines and 5 driers. They had signs up about "etiquette" for the room, asking people _not_ to remove others washing, but also reminding people to get their washing out fast. All good signs for a well run guest laundry. The negative. One of the 4 washer was out-of-order. Two had been left full of cleaning clothes by the housekeeping team for an entire evening. And one was part full of stinking, stagnant water, which must have been taken days before it smelt that bad. So... housekeeping is miss-using the machines, and maintenance is not checking them. I was able to use the 1 machine which was left, which was the main reason I picked this hotel. I liked everything else, but if this core infrastructure is not being looked after, I fear I need to think some more for the future.

Great value. Rooms are big enough with comfy beds and excellent bedding. Spacious bathroom with HOT showers. The kitchenette is useful for longer stays. No noise from outside, especially higher up in the building. Buffet breakfast had a selection of hot items, breads, cereals, pastries, yoghurt and fruit - all excellent.

What a find right in the centrenof Birmingham. Lovely rooms, quiet and very clean. The kitchen space has everything you need..shame I was here just for 1 night, but this will be my go to for future trips. The small social hour is a lovely touch with nibbles and a drink...suggest if the idea it to get people chatting, bring the tables together to create fewer options for seating...we all just sat on small tables independently or with those we travelled with...great idea though and unique.

Property was perfect for what we required. In a very central spot and easy to reach everything we needed. Front desk were super helpful and polite. Used the B4 parking and utilised the discount mentioned. Room was spacious and clean and we had a good nights sleep.
