Good Value but hot

Good Breakfast, off road parking and good value evening meal. Great location for the NEC. My only issue was the room was very hot and no way to cool it down.

The location of the hotel was very good as we walked around quite a bit. When we arrived we expected 2 twin beds, however we had a twin and pull-out sofa….no issues, just unexpected. Within minutes we discovered that the tv did not work and they immediately changed us to another room. The bed configuration was the same, but the decor was much fresher. Both rooms were very quiet. Overall it was a good experience!

A decent easy option to stay for a night. Room was basic, but reasonably had everything we needed. Room was up in the antic, it was very hot with limited ventilation. The radiators were also on which didn't help. Tried to request early check in via different means. Called the hotel no less than 7 times before arriving, could never get through to anyone. Messaged, emailed too. Managed to get early check in on the day, but it was not without stress for us, and pressure on the housekeeping team.
