I decided to book Aparthotel and give it a try rather than booking the usual serviced apartments in Birmingham town centre. The apartment itself was a good size and all the bits you need were available. The only things that let it down was the customer service on check in could have been better as well as when we asked another person at reception to check out later. The bedding had stains on it as well as the towels, so we had to request new ones. It was poor that we had to spend time changing the bedding late in the evening when we checked in. Besides these things the overall stay was not bad.

A very good hotel.

This was my second stay here. Overall an enjoyable stay, just occasional noise from the next room. Get a room facing St.Chads Cathedral for the best views.
