Excellent stay all round, clean and warm accommodation, helpful friendly staff. Great restaurant and breakfast had lots of choice, good value for money. Took advantage of late checkout for additional £20, well worth it. Highly recommend!

I had to call and make inquiries about my booking. Destiny was brilliant with my issue and was still working when I checked in. She also sorted an evening meal reservation for my party. The meal was excellent. Breakfast was great and the staff in the dining room brilliant. We will be staying again.

Always an excellent stay, breakfast has a great choice whether you want healthy or a full English. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are looking a little tired with scuffed furniture and marks on the sofa. However the bathroom was clean with nice fluffy towels. Good shower. Overall a pleasant stay.

Rooms were like something out of the 1980’s so they agreed to move us In new rooms the tv and aircon didn’t work Had a bath and water drained into the bedroom leaving a puddle Went to dinner and had to wait 2.5 hours for a simple meal including bringing us the wrong main dish for my son so he had to wait even longer Went to check out the next day and charged double for car parking Was also recharged dinner from the night before having already paid All in all a very very very bad stay and will not be back
