The hotel overall is spectacular especially with the newly updated rooms. Most staff were good, but one front desk staff was not friendly at all. We also ordered mimosas with our free drink tickets and we’re told they’d be sent to my suite and they never came. Other than that, amazing suite and hotel.

All of the staff, particularly the bartenders working the Halloween pop-up and main bar, were fantastic! Fast, friendly, funny. Even with a packed hotel and multiple weddings, they were so on top of things and made the stay extra special. Thanks!

The staff is really terrific. Would like to call out Rebecca at the front desk for being a true professional, very helpful, positive and a good presence to have at the front desk. Struggled finding a hot cup of coffee. The staff was very accommodating to my need but never did feel satisfied with the coffee I received. Nice health club. Very quiet property, which is nice. My lone request would have been to have a feather pillow. In the bedroom. Every thing else was perfect : check-in at 3:00pm, dining room at 5:00 pm. I can’t remember her name but the check-in person was gracious & informative. For dinner the young woman couldn’t have been more helpful, ant at 9:00 am Elle & Jjasimin ( I think) were helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely stay🤗

Having stayed for our anniversary a few years ago and having a top notch experience, we decided to do it again for our tenth. Ownership and management has changed since then, and we noticed a decline in multiple ways. #1 greeting at check in was much less staffed, no anniversary greeting (although I messaged ahead of time), no welcome cocktail as previous stay, no room upgrade either for our platinum status or tenth anniversary celebration, no in room acknowledgement or welcome( last time they had a welcome basket with champagne and chocolate). The hotel in general was not as cleanly or upkept for a luxury category property. The room had no coffee maker so we looked to order room service breakfast. No menus or mention of it in room or on tv that I could find. I pushed the room service button on phone for it not to be answered. Finally I got an operator who put me through to restaurant. I ordered and it was delivered like grub hub in paper bags and plastic ware. No tray, no silverware, no class. Not what you would expect for such a property. The one perk we might have received due to our platinum status was a later checkout, but the maid busted in before that and said she was not notified. While walking to our car on our way out, they had their garbage area open with sewage smelling water flowing across walkway that we had to dodge/get around. Also forgot there was what looked like pee on top of toilet tank. Not like it used to be.
