Fun hotel!

This was a great hotel! Full of TVs in the lobby and a full sized pool table which our family enjoyed! Love the bright colours that gave the hotel a fun, youthful feel. Clean room… great, soft bedding… spacious room. The only issue we ran into was the air conditioner seemed to be malfunctioning. It was very noisy but we reported it to the front desk and they appreciated the feedback so they could look into fixing it.

Vestal Tru by Hilton vacation!

We were very happy with our stay. We loved the lobby that was open but divided into sections...very creative and lots of color with choices of activities Breakfast was good and variety was a little different every morning. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed an extra day! Did I mention we were senior citizens?

a Decent hotel for a quick stay.

The hotel was good. The only thing it needs to improve is the breakfast. The main pancake and toaster are broken in the same time, this is unacceptable. Hope this to be fixed soon for the future guests.

Hotel is clean, bright, and conveniently located for visiting our SUNY Binghamton student. My only complaint is that whoever designed the bathrooms should have accounted for the mirror and shelf when choosing the electrical outlet location. 4 outlets, you can only use 1 reliably due to the close proximity of the shelf and mirror to the outlets.

The hotel itself was modern, clean, and had a very good free breakfast. Sink was a very slow drain but not a big deal and an easy fix. Only slight issue would be at check out. Person behind front desk asked if I wanted a printed receipt so I said yes and this seemed to agitate her. No line, only customer, took 30 seconds. Acted like I asked her to do something outside of a normal job duty. Handed me the paper with same put off attitude without saying another word. No thanks, how was your stay, have a nice day, hope you had a good stay or whatever kind of normal goodbye one might expect when checking out of a hotel. Not a big deal just a strange way to end an otherwise good stay in which there was no other interaction with staff other than normal check-in.
