After stating 3 times that the tv in the room was not working and waiting 4 hours for someone to come fix the issue. The phone was not plugged in. Took 1/2 hour for them to get the tv to work. Pretty boring sitting in a room and not even able to watch tv to relax

I booked 2 rooms for my daughter’s birthday so that she and her friends could utilize the water park and then have a sleep over. A week prior, my daughter sprang her knee and was on crutches and then she caught the flu. About 5 days prior, I tried to cancel or rebook, but the hotel refused. Not only would it have been impossible for my daughter to utilize the waterpark on crutches, but there was no way she was well enough to be out. Due to the hotel’s unwillingness to rebook our dates, I lost $250 and my daughter lost her birthday party.

The breakfast could have been better and the pool should be included not extra. The cove was fun but be careful games cost between 6 to 15 tickets a peice and 40 points is $20.

Staff was extremely unprofessional at check in. We were definitely an inconvenience to her. The whole time she was yelling for Rick- another staffer wo didn't have his radio on apparently. The room was meh. Nothing special. No carpet so lots of echo. Squeaky bed. Minimal towels/pillows/blankets. Disappointing for $120. It was a nice hotel 5 years ago.

Our room was very dirty! No one swept the floors and there was trash in random places. There was black hair in the “clean” bed. Hit and miss with hotel staff being courteous and professional. However, this is a great place for kids. I would go back again and see if my experience is different.
