Since I have relatives in Hotel Industry, I knew pretty much for with an occupancy, A charge for early check in at two to three in the afternoon is unreasonable, This property has 14 floors and as a result in checked out time there was not enough of influx to justify such demand. To add to this information this time period was a celebrated holiday.

There was no room service in between days. I had to call for clean towels. The front desk staff was not personable. Really out of date hotel. Valets were unprofessional and immature. Not a 4 star hotel. There was a server at breakfast who was so lovely.
