The room is noisy. Conversation from hallway outside is clearly heard. Toilet flap is worn out causing water internally leaked. The worst is a morning call to my room at 13th floor from the hotel kitchen starting around 5:20am. My room is filled with bacon smell. The restaurant is not open until 6:30am.

Clean room great facility however they basically force you into valet with a hidden fee $34 on a sign that doesn’t face you as they ask, coffee cafe closes at 9pm which is odd for a nicer hotel, the sauna door is broke and needs repair, the fitness center needs upgraded badly as the belts on treadmills don’t work proper and all the equipment is broke or flawed, the tub/shower units in the rooms are in severe need of upgrading as your shoulders touch while your showering and just very outdated. On plus side, sound proof rooms were excellent and the bed with pillows comforter etc couldn’t me more comfortable, overall probably best sleep I’ve had traveling in a long time, if not ever. Overall I’d stay again but would love to see these repairs done esp sauna door and fitness center. The valet fees I think needs to be addressed when asked or the hotel just hire a different company for this service, there are much better out there I’m sure. $34 fee to park it right where I got out is pretty ridiculous.

Room was ok. Service was terrible. Staff was rude and unhelpful particularly the bartender when asking about any questions related to the menu or the hotel. He obviously doesn’t want to work there. People can have a bad day but this was on more than one occasion on separate days. Housekeeping also didn’t bring towels one of the days like we had requested and front desk was also rude, except the person that checked us in who seemed to be the manager. The hotel was empty and staff was not busy at all, customer service should always be a priority but for an empty hotel even more so.

We enjoyed our stay. But there is some issue that I see for the unused night. I booked via Expedia and made the payment through it, but the refund seems to be the challenge for the unused night. Hotel personnel says that I need to check with Expedia(where I did the payment) but Expedia says the Hotel didn't approve the waiver, I'm confused on how this is connected and why I should worry about it.

Staff was great. Overall cosmetic feel is neglected… stains in carpet, dirty walls and elevator windows…pool was cloudy, no ice, only 2 coffee trays— received more as checking out! Cafe was closed and breakfast ends at 10.

This is a very nice hotel, however staff could be nicer. The guy who assures w/check-in seemed like he did not like his job. The pool was a bit dirty and the carpet in the room we had definitely could use a good deep cleaning. Valley was very welcoming and nice but they def need more staff in that department for efficiency. We arrived around 7pm and were very tired so opted to eat at the bar, the wings were undercooked but the bartender was nice enough to take them off our tab. Food is however overpriced for the portions you get.

Staff was great. Everything about the room was about 10 years overdue for renovations. Carpet had stains everywhere. Every metal fixture in the bathroom was covered with rust. Toilet barely worked.
