Bercail Hotel
"Stayed 1 night with our teenage children. One of the worst nights sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel due to the sofabed which was virtually unusable due to the huge sag in the middle and the noise it made every time you moved which kept us all awake. Perhaps this was our inexperience but at no point ..."

"We picked the hotel for its location which is excellent. We thought it would be hard to get taxis and Ubers to pick up as the front of the hotel as it is in a pedestrian only area, but the front desk helped us coordinate that and the drivers usually walked down to meet us. There were homeless people ..."

We had an issue returning to our room that evening when the battery that allows electronic key to open went bad. It could not be fixed that night, but a staff member got us into the room, changed it for one down the hall, and offered to help move our luggage. These things happen, and they reacted well. Breakfast in the morning was very good and worth the 15 Euros."
