Body Oder smell omitting from the bathroom at all times. Was having issues connecting to WiFi, so I tried to call the front desk for help but the phone didn’t work. The first morning we realized there was no coffee machine in the room. The front desk stated corporate had them all removed, but they had one I could take up myself. Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken. The room only had 1/4 roll of TP after the room was cleaned in the morning. Asked for more at the front desk. No one brought more. Had to go to the hotel public bathroom to get a roll. None of the hotel employees seemed to be happy to be there. I know where I’m not staying the next time I visit, HERE. **Rumor has it the room still smells, the bathroom is low on TP and the phone still isn’t fixed.**

The room was dingy, we didn't have enough washcloths for two people, the security latch on the door was broken. Breakfast was nasty - there wasn't even butter for the toast. The food was set out in small batches that disappeared quickly; then, it took a long time to be replaced. We chose to eat out on subsequent days.

PA is under a state of emergency because of the weather forecast predicting 16-20 inches of snow. That required us to cancel our travel plans, but the hotel would not accept our cancellation. We were charged anyway, even though travel will be impossible. We frequently stay at that hotel when we visit our family, but we won't be any longer.

El checking fue rapido pero el cuarto que nos asignaron no estaba limpio, nos dieron otro pero olia un poco a polvo y la alfombra estaba sucia, la persona del front desk no era muy amigable ni se disculpo’ con nosotros por habernos asignado un cuarto sucio. The rooms were basically dumps. that's all I can say about that carpets dirty trust me while you were in smelled like sewer we had to change rooms. somebody could get sick in this place. I mean that was good with the breakfast

The room was dirty, the walls were scuffed up, found trash under the bed. The room had no microwave, no coffee maker, no hairdryer, no tissues, no soaps or other amenities, the lamp shades were cracked and had pieces missing, the couch had stuffing coming out of the arms, the thermostat didn't work and the security safety latch was literally cut off the door.
