Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté avec surprise et déception que le couloir de nage était complètement vide et inaccessible. À aucun moment lors de la réservation il n’était indiqué que celui-ci serait fermé. Nous comprenons que des travaux ou fermetures puissent être nécessaires, mais l’absence d’information préalable est particulièrement regrettable, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un équipement important dans le choix d’un hôtel. Dommage car l’originalité de l’hôtel et le reste des installations étaient sinon conformes à nos attentes."
