Super cute little place!! Worked out well for my family of four plus our four legged pal!! The kids loved looking out at the fish ladder and Dam on the river and the big TV in the living room. The pool was an added bonus and got plenty of use by my kiddos too. I only had a few complaints with our stay over all. Our check in was troublesome when we got into town as I had been contacted earlier by staff asking when we would be in town, in hopes that they would have the room cleaned. I had no problem with this since if they weren't finished, I wouldn't have been pushy and would have waited. As it was, we got into town after 7pm and the office was closed. I had no other information from the staff on how to get into our room, and when I sent a message via Vrbo, I wasn't getting a response, so I ended up contacting Vrbo customer service and they were able to get a hold of the after hours staff for the office. When I was finally contacted by someone from the office, they informed me that Friday was the night that staff works remotely from the office. Knowing this, I feel they should have just sent me an email letting me know all of the information that I needed to get into the room instead of having to make phone calls and keep my kids waiting longer after being in the car for a 3.5hr drive to Bend. I expected to hear from a staff member during our time there, but never did either. We didn't need anything thankfully, but I feel like they dropped the ball on communication
