What made the stay unforgettable was the incredible roof window above the room. Being able to lie in bed and look directly at the night sky was magical. Lake Tekapo is famous for its dark skies, and the rooftop window gave me a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the stars from the comfort of my room. "We absolutely loved our stay, staff, room, cleanliness, view all outstanding. Would not look to stay anywhere else, the information centre a few minutes away was fascinating and the numerous trails mean you can park up and immerse yourself. Only improvements would be a pool, sauna and hot tubs etc. We will return!"

"The location was fabulous, facing the lake with a fantastic view of the sunrise. The cabin was small but very well kitted out w a small pantry that had everything required to make a meal. It was also close enoigh to walk to the supermarket, the main Tekapo village as well as Tekapo Springs. Absolutely enjoyed ourselves."

"Could not find much to fault. The room was spotless, well appointed, with mini fridge, table, two chairs, with an enviable view of the lake. The shower/bathtub was a plus. However it did not have a microwave nor was not able to log on the internet. Very pleased with my room."
