"We’ve stayed at hotel arts a few times and it’s always amazing. Rooms are great and it’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. However, the pool staff were chaotic. We were 15 minutes early to our reservation so we just waited by the pool. Keep in mind there were lots of empty tables because it was 11:15. We waited until 11:40 and saw others being seated so we inquired again about our table, they said someone will come get us. We waited 15 more minutes and asked again and they said the same so we ended up just telling them we were sitting at one of the tables that had been open the whole time. Then we had to ask twice for menus and ended up just getting our own. There was about 4 staff and it was not busy. I understand things happen so I would still recommend this place, just something was going on that day and the girls at the front seemed frazzled "

"Great location, very hospitable and professional friendly staff, my only suggestion would be to make the dining experience a bit more enjoyable. There are so much more options in the area to eat you would think they would try harder to to compete with the neighbouring establishments. Maybe the were short staffed when we were there, the restaurant just didn’t do it for me. My wife and I sat down with our 2 children and we asked for juice and coffee and the waitress said so four coffee and two juice. I really just should have taken my 5 year olds and 3 year olds coffee instead of having to wait forever for a refill. All in all though good stay. "
