While the customer might have been difficult, he should not have been raising his voice so loud. My husband went to the restaurant for breakfast and was completely ignored by the staff. He was not acknowledged and they even looked the other way when passing his table. They were too busy talking with one another. Overall the staff lacked a culture of hospitality that should have been present, especially for a higher end hotel. Extremely disappointing."
