This was a fantastic experience located centrally with all amenities you can expect from a five star hotel. The concierge lady was just awesome, full of energy and very helpful. She organized our trip to Mutianyu Great Wall and was very resourceful. A memorable experience at Regent Beijing

This can't be a 5 stars hotel. The mattresses are so worn out, both mattresses in my room sag in the middle. I got bug bites. I've requested to have the sheets changed but it didn't seem happened. There's a eyesore dirty stain on the floor in the middle of bathroom. Anyone who walks in would have seen it right away. On my 1st day of check-in, all the 300-ml bottles for shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, etc. were less than 1/4 filled. Does it cost too much to fill up all the bottles? I felt like I was re-using all these stuff from the previous guests. On the 3rd day which was also my last day of staying, all the bottles were empty; they didn't fill up any of the bottles, and the cleaning people did clean the room every day, what did they do? The only good thing about this hotel is the front desk staff and doorman are nice and helpful.

The staff in the hotel are good and helpful. However, the rooms are old, with furniture and fittings not well maintained. The carpet also had an odour but the staff offered to provide an air purifier so it was manageable. The bathroom had a lack of vanity space and the blinds really has seen better days. The excellent lighting and the big mirror behind the bathroom door saved the day as the rest of the room especially at the entrance area is really dark.

Well established and maintain property in the heart of Beijing. Loved the location, the attention to service, cleanliness everywhere and a sense of luxury in every corner! The pool and fitness floor is amazing! My daughter swam every night after a long day out and the soaking tub was heavenly! We will stay here again next time.

The hotel was super convenient, only steps from the mrt exit and not far from wangfujing and the forbidden palace. Removed a star because it is quite old and dark. The hotel should consider revamping it's style or risk being left behind.

This hotel is centrally located in Beijing city, close to many attractions. The forbidden city and Wangfujing are within short walking distance. There is also a Subway station right around the corner. All staffs were friendly and helpful: front desk, Bell service, Concierge, housekeeping, fitness center, etc. I highly recommend this place. If you haven’t been to Beijing before, be aware of busy traffic around this area. Electric Bikes do not follow traffic rules.
