"Thank you so much for an amazing experience! My husband and I booked SALT looking for a relaxing and chilled place and that is exactly what we got. Dheeraj and the team really looked after us, even making a personalised drink in a fresh coconut!! It was small gestures like this that made us feel so welcomed. They organised day trips and cabs for us, offered turn down services every night and we even got to have a full body massage in their beautiful spa with 20% off. "I always enjoy staying at Preskil but I had a bit of a bad experience on my check in on Monday, 3 August. I arrived at 9h00 at the hotel and i know that check in was only at 14h00. We sat at the check in area the whole day and my room was not ready at 14h00. The communication was not so clear and if i have known it will take over the check in time i could have gone for a scrub at the spa that time. My 1 colleague had a room 2 hours before me and i sat there till 14h30 without knowing it will take that long. Tired and over it by then."
