Really disappointed I couldn’t use the pool. It was listed as having a pool. Then was told it was for residents only. Never saw anyone in it the whole week I was there. I’m a 52 yr old grandma who just wanted to float in the pool for an hour while in New Orleans.

Needs a overhaul, TERRIBLE property

Hurriedly got this reservation for traveling with my 91 year old mother for a funeral. The bed was entirely too TALL to get in and out of for her. It took two people to lift her up in the bed. The rooms were filthy, needed paint and overall unacceptable. The breakfast was bad as well. NEVER stay here again.

Property was clean. Staff was great. Wanted a king bed but the only one available was on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, so I settled for two full beds in the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Beds had a metal base that squeaked a lot.

Good price for a sleep

Was a cheap place to lay my head. Beds were comfortable. Room could have been cleaned better. Floors were not swept. Hotel could use an update. Side door going in and out hotel did not lock and parking lot was shady.

We had a good stay. This is usually where we stay when we're in town visiting, and we're pretty satisfied each time. The rooms are spacious and accommodate for our needs. The con I would say is the busy traffic (Range) when trying to maneuver back into the street, which isn't the hotel's fault so I guess that would go under location. Also, there were a couple of huge cracks along the wall and the ceiling. It's not the newest building so I guess over time that's what happens. All in all it's a decent hotel at a decent price
