Do not rent

Property was not as advertised. In a horrible, questionable area that is not safe for anyone unless you are a risk taker and engaged in unlawful behavior. Owner KNOWS this place is not safe and will make it presentable for his/her own gain.

DID NOT STAY REQUESTED REFUND AND STAYED IN HOTEL

So upon arrival, we were greeted with gunshots across the street as well as random people begging at our car window. I walked into the place and immediately called VRBO to book elsewhere. Last minute VRBO helped us get into a hotel because this place was THAT BAD! Roaches, soiled linens, and a stained couch, tv with cords hanging not attached, and peeling ceilings as well as no running hot water. Do yourself a favor. Skip this. I am not one to write bad reviews however this needed to be addressed!

Absolutely horrible! Take my word, Skip this property!

To begin, I’ve been waiting for over two months now to get my money back for a property that isn’t listed as pictures show. The owner has promised me over and over he would refund me and just keeps lying about it. We had a horrible experience! It was absolutely gross, trash all over the lawn, neighbors houses were trash and beer everywhere, pretty sure this wasn’t a good part of town either (I didnt feel safe sleeping there). Wheb we got inside there were huge cockroaches on the floor when we walked in (in living and kitchen) we even sent the owner pictures of them, the bathroom was a nightmare, it looked like it had never been cleaned once (also sent pictures of this). The pictures are deceiving of the property listing and we were shocked when we checked in. No one wanted to stay there, we just didn’t want to spend more money and try to find somewhere else to stay since we were only there for an LSU game. If you like cleanliness and not getting the run around from a property manager I would advise not staying here. I could go on and on about how much of a disappointment it was here. I’m not one to leave a bad review or reviews at all, but this deserves every word!

Neighborhood felt unsafe.

Arrived at 12:30 am. Neighborhood had multiple small homes with groups of young men partying in the front yards and staggering man outside The neighboring property. Unfortunately, we did not enter the property and can not comment on the actual inside. Too bad.
