We stay at the hotel every time we go to Hot Springs. Great spot, really good food in the evening at the restaurant. The only improvement I see is the breakfast in the mornings. Not good and it is constantly not good. Your hotel is great in all departments so please fix that issue.

The bellhop staff was amazing. We were offered rides to wherever we wanted to go and to be picked up. They offered to store our belongings since our spa package on Bathhouse Row would last passed check out time.
