Welcome to my beautiful home! You want to have a cultural visit? Shopping? Going to the beach? Do some sightseeing? Or just relax with family and / or friends? Come visit my house! Despite the great location just two minutes from the main park BarcelonaEl Park Güell, the rooms are quiet and silent. This home is the perfect place to stay when you decide to spend your weekend or vacation in Barcelona! Why? First, it is perfectly located near Guell Park, the largest park in the center of Barcelona and on the other hand, you have all the connections, the green line metro (L3) and bus. In 10 minutes by tube to the central point of Barcelona, ​​Plaça Catalunya. as well as the famous street of La Rambla, the historic Gothic Quarter with the Cathedral of Barcelona is located a stone's throw away and if you take the metro L4, 2 stations to take you to get to the beach. But if you prefer a nice walk to discover the Gracia with all the little shops, markets and restaurants. And after a day emphasizing visiting new places is great to relax in the garden Despite the central location, you will have a good sleep in the house because the street and the neighborhood is quiet. Our family had a great trip to Barcelona. The property is massive with 4 full baths and 7 bedrooms. A great backyard for the kids to run around and location was great. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Perfect Spot

This is a large space and our extended family of 10 found it to be lovely. Convenient to Metro. Quiet neighborhood. We walked to local restaurants all week. Very good kitchen set up. Host was available via text for questions.

Beautiful home near Park Guell

7 bedroom, 3.5 baths, several lounge areas, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Our extended family of 14 were very comfortable In this home. Convenient to the Metro, groceries an Park Guell. The outdoor patio and living room were great for gathering and for children to play. Dolors was a wonderful host that communicated well and offered great advice. She provided everything for a fun family vacation. We slept well on very comfortable beds in the quiet neighborhood.

We stayed in Barcelona from September 3 to 10. The property was situated in a safe neighborhood with quick access to the subway. Dolores was very accessible to us. If we had one suggestion, it would be to better stock the kitchen. All in all, great stay.

Enjoyable but not perfect.

The property had plenty of space for 10 of us but could use a little updating. Most things worked well but we ran into a few glitches. It was also stocked fairly well but could’ve used a few extra towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. Great location very close to a metro station.

Lovely place near park güell - very clean and well stocked. It’s a bit of a trek into town, but the metro is fast and we quickly figured out the lines. Nice to have a large house for all of our family members! Thank you Dolors!

Perfect for our large family vacation

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Dolors was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the stay. The location and property was also ideal for our large group (8 adults and 5 children 1yr-9yr). There were multiple groceries stores close by, which we went to daily :), as well as easy access to the metro and bus. Highly recommend for large groups!

Dolors home is a great place for a family to stay in Barcelona--it is in a quiet neighborhood with groceries, restaurants, and bakeries near by. A very short walk to the bus or a about 10 minutes to the metro gets you right to the center of the city.. Dolors is helpful with information on the area and her house!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Barcelona at Dolor’s property. We were a party of 9 and there was more than enough space for us all. The property is very large and over 3 floors. The top 2 for bedrooms/ bathrooms and downstairs for the large kitchen, dining area, living room, garden and an extra bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed and there was plenty of chairs for us all to sit together to eat round the table. The garden was lovely to have and a safe place for the children – quite a suntrap! There was a lot of bathrooms which is nice when there are quite a few people sharing a property. The house was nice and clean, towels and bedding all provided. The beds were very comfortable. There is central heating/ air conditioning at the property, depending what time of year you go. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher at the property so we took tablets for those to use in our cases. Dolors also provided us with a travel cot with bedding in. There is a small convenience store just at the side of the property which was ideal to nip to for essentials (bread/ wine/ ice cream 😀). There was a bigger supermarket over the bridge and up the hill to the right, approx. 5/10 mins walk – we got everything we needed from there for the week. There is a very nice bakery at the side of the supermarket. Again walking up towards the bridge you can get buses into the centre very easily – they are regular and take about 20 mins – it was our preferred method of transport with a pram. The underground metro was again only a 5/10 mins walk away and this was much quicker to get into the centre – about 8 mins. We used this when going to Las Ramblas. The property is located about 5 mins walk from the back entrance of Parc Guell – we used this entrance and saw parts of the parc we would have otherwise never discovered. You can walk down through the park to get to the front entrance – about 10 mins walk (or 20 with children!). There is also a small children’s park located just a few minutes’ walk from the house which our children very much enjoyed. While we were there Dolors was really helpful with any questions ie where to go in the evenings nearby. Dolors responded incredibly quickly every time. After returning home I realised I had left something at the property and Dolors has arranged to send this home to me which is very kind. The helpfulness and quick responses from Dolors are superior to other properties I have rented 😀

Huset var nedslidt. Kvaliteten af de ting der var til rådighed meget ringe. Meget larm fra vejen på de værelser der vendte den vej. Værtinden holdt hele tiden øje med om lys var slukket. Inderdøren låst (ikke kun yderdøren). Hun ringede flere gange under opholder og gjorde opmærksom på at lyset ikke var slukket i et eller flere rum. Hun satte en seddel på døren om at vi ikke måtte tale sammen udendørs efter kl. 22. Parkering har kun plads til meget lille bil - og ikke bil beregnet til det antal personer der kan bo der. Vær opmærksom på at billeder er MEGET photoshoppet og du bliver skuffet hvis du forventer det du ser på billederne.

Super séjour

Nous étions une famille de treize avec adultes, ado et jeunes enfants. Le nombre de chambres et de lits nous a permis de nous repartir confortablement dans la maison sans se gêner en utilisant les trois niveaux et de nous retrouver tous ensemble pour l’apéritif et les repas en utilisant la table de jardin. La cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée nous a permis de préparer les repas. Il serait peut-être bon de rajouter un plus grand faitout et d’autres verres ballons. Attention si vous garez votre voiture dans le garage( très appréciable): la pente est très forte et il est préférable de se garer en marche arrière près du mur du côté gauche de la voiture. Dolorès est très agréable et réactive quand on téléphone. Nous recommandons.

Wonderful house but not enough space for 15 people

We were a group of 15 and discovered that 2 of the beds, are in common arias and not in rooms as described in the announcement. There was no place for all of us around the dining table as well. The house is clearly for 13 people not more. Otherwise the house is wonderful, clean, situated in a hilly area next to park Guel. There was a supermarket really nearby, there are not too many restaurants in the proximity. The host was very flexible for early check and late check out.

Großes Haus mit guter Anbindung

Das Haus ist für große Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. 6 Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Bäder. Terrasse mit kleinem Garten macht es möglich nach den Erlebnissen des Tages auszuruhen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Metro und Bus kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenso einen Supermarkt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Leider wussten wir nicht das wir den Müll entsorgen müssen, deshalb gab es kleine Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abreise. Für nächste Mieter vielleicht nochmal separat drauf hinweisen.

Super logement spacieux pour 15, avec plusieurs niveaux qui permet d'avoir une intimité. Proche du métro à 5 minutes pour aller partout, les super marché à 3minutes, le parking gardé à 5 minutes. Tous réuni pour un agréable séjour entre amis. Quartier très calme: que du bonheur. Super proprio qui prend de nos nouvelles pendant notre séjour. Merci Dolors
