Not a fantastic experience

There was an awful odour that greeted us as we entered the hotel, like a gutter smell, quite appalling and the odour follows into the elevator the dining area and near the kitchen. The smell is quite prominent around the reception area and elevator. I was quite disgusted for a 4-star hotel. Also during breakfast I noticed dirty mugs and cutleries that were kept as part of the clean and ready to use ones. That was quite irritating, I can’t imagine waking up in the morning for breakfast and having to be extra careful not to use dirty stuff. I believe ibis styles can do better

A good hotel experience

Breakfast is really good, rooms are nice looking, towels smell well, service is good, the shampoons and shower gels are top quality. We've stayed 2 nights. There was nothing to complain really. Overall I think it's a very good hotel.

Loved this place. Only down fall was our room was filled with hair in the bathroom. The process to check in is long and they only have 1 person working the check in. I didn’t eat there, but had drinks at the bar. The bartenders were nice. The pool area is nice, but small.
