We had a lot of problems, including with check-in. Well, the automatic check-in didn’t work, the property is next to the Hyatt who manages the property so it was resolved quickly. We had a lot of issues associated with our stay however, the property management was very very responsive and made everything good for us. They are very customer oriented and I would not hesitate to come back. The location is close to public transportation which we enjoyed using there are two metro stations in a bus stop area nearby.
