Although the hotel is clean. The rooms are dated and we have two rooms. In one room wallpaper was coming off the wall and the curtains had slight holes i then. In the other room there were bugs in the bathroom

The staff make this a great hotel, the whole of them are so polite and professional, the hotel is old and needs modernisation but the staff make it worth the stay, the pool is a nice touch after a day in the sun, the reception team are amazing.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Was close to the metro. That’s about it. Ac never got cold enough to be comfortable in the room. Also had a hard time trying to sleep as you could hear people through the walls on top of room and on the sides. Noise continued up until about 3 am. No usb plugs in the room was also a letdown. Only hotel I stayed at over 3 weeks traveling through Europe that didn’t have usb plugs in the rooms. Also the hotel gym was very basic. One stationary bike one treadmill and some free weights. Those are the reasons for my lower score. Glad we only stayed one night

The hotel definitely could use some renovation. It's very outdated for the price. carpets on the hallways smell a little weird and although the rooms are fairly spacious, they are outdated and could be cleaned a little better. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Walkable distance to restaurants, stores, public transportation and cafes. I would probably not stay again.

Very close to the metro to go into the city. Area was quiet and friendly. Felt safe and very beautiful area. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and nice amenities.
