Easy, convenient, clean, and spacious! We really enjoyed our stay. We want you to know that we could only shower in the bathroom close to the front door because the hot water in the other shower did not come.

Nice little apartment close to everything. Easy access to subway, walkable to Gothic Quarter. So many restaurants to choose from. Small store next door for some things market close by. We had a small view of the Mediterranean from our unit, overlooking the Gothic Quarter, with views North to South and morning sunrises over the sea. Would stay there again. Thanks From Ron and Jose

Mildew on showers and no clothes dryer

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in 2A facing the main boulevard. Pros -Very large apartment. Plenty of space to spread out in a large comfortable couch. - comfortable bed. It is on the soft side but I like it that way. - It feels like a European apartment with the high ceilings, balcony, and is nicely decorated. Cons - It did not feel clean. Shower has MILDEW/MOLD that could use a good bleach scrubbing. The floors didn't feel that clean. - Main bedroom faced the main boulevard and it was very noisy with the cars going by; it does not have double paned windows. The smaller bedroom faced an inner courtyard and was quiet. - They have a washing machine but NO DRYER. We asked about this and they said our unit does not include a dryer and was forced to use a drying rack to hang up our clothes. - Unclear on the checking process. We had emailed ahead of time but received no response. Overall, it was ok but would probably not stay here again.

Front desk is not available from 8-8. We arrived and eventually had to contact Expedia to resolve. Apartment is great but there is no balcony to sit on like the photo shows. Location was great and apartment facilities perfect.

Apartment in Barcelona

The location is good and the unit itself is updated and comfortable. It was clean and fairly well stocked (no hot pads, no turner, salt but no pepper). All the appliances are new and convenient. Non-European visitors will have a difficult time trying to figure out how to work them. The terrace is very spacious. It would be helpful to have hooks for towels. The only problem we had was at check in. The building door was locked and although there was a phone number posted, it did not work. No one was available until 2:20 although the website says someone would be at the desk. Check out was easy.

The hotel is under renovation. The location is great, walkable to most major places: 20 minutes to Sagrada Familia, 10minutes to old town or Casa Batllo and the restaurant Vinitus. We were unable to reach out the hotel via Expedia or email but we finally got hold of them via whatsAPP.

Large one bedroom apartment. Quiet and it has an elevator. The outdoor space was my favorite. I loved sitting outside overlooking the neighborhood. The patio is on the backside of the building, so no street noise. It had minimal dishes, but there were just 2 of us and there is a dishwasher. The lady that checked us in was very nice but had limited English.
