The entrance after getting out the elevator smell very bad the carpet is dirty and do not compare with the cleanliness of the Apartment!! Inside is BEAUTIFUL we feel like HOME! Even tho is was just one night was very nice! Definitely we will comeback!

We were surprised by how spacious the room was for Barcelona standards - plenty of room to spread out, which was a big plus in a compact city. The apartment space is in a safe, quiet area, but there’s no 24/7 staffed reception or cleaning, and you even take your trash out of the building yourself. Fortunately, if check-in is inconsistent, you can enter the building code. The entryway is sterile and bare (likely for security since it’s not always manned), but there’s an elevator, which is handy. Air conditioning is available, but it’s locked at a low temperature. The keys are a major frustration: escape-room quality at best, making quick access in an emergency impossible. Sheets are too small for the queen bed. Overall, spacious and safe for the price.

The photos on the site are fake. The apartment is dirty. They gave us only one key. The staff were not nice, she spent 3 minutes with us, did not explain anything. The only good thing I can say is that they have. a nice big patio. Will never go with these apartments again.

Fantastic apartment with easy walkability to many fantastic restrauants and many sights. The metro was also close by. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and quiet. I wish we had booked the 2nd leg of our trip in Barcelona at this apartment too. Would recommend.

The property was great, very clean, comfortable, had a washer and dryer, which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. Our only complaint was that it was very hard to get in touch with the staff prior to 3pm check-in time. We fly in overnight and arrived in the city at 7am. We wanted to store our luggage before check-in but all of our calls, messages when unanswered, since thereis only a phone number to call for check-in. Please note if you plan to arrive before 3pm. Otherwise I highly recommend this property.

The photos were a bit misleading. The property was not very spacious. It wasn’t very clean. The drain in the shower didn’t work very well creating ankle high sewage water in the shower.

We had a mishap with the key. We left one of the copies on the door from the inside by mistake. We were charged € 96 to have the door opened. Very unpleasant result. The door to the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms did not work properly. We reported them and got no solution nor an answer to the problem. But Factory did charge me €96 for leaving the key on the door. We were taxed on day one with €6.87 per person per night. According to the Expedia website we had to pay only €6.27 per person per night and children under 17 are not supposed to pay this tax. The Factory Apartments charged me for the minor too!! Very disappointed, considering we trusted the brand and traveled across the Atlantic for a nice vacation. The rest was ok. Pretty nice interiors and good distribution. Needs a lot of work on the interior doors. Upgrading the door lock is a must. The security risk involving a key to open the apartment door from the inside can be a huge problem during an emergency. Although safety and security of your family has no price, definitely one expects more on this issue considering the price paid. If the brand doesn’t amend I would definitely not even consider staying at their place again.

KEEP LOOKING! Poorly operated facility by very unprofessional people. Arrived 3 hours before check in and told to come back at noted time. When we arrived they were working on our unit and told us it would be another hour. At this point we were exhausted from an overnight flight and demanded they allow access. The work ended up taking another 2 hours. Later in our stay our AC stopped working and they could not get it back on line remotely (no one on site) and we had to suffer through a day and a half in the 95 degree heat. Same night the only elevator breaks and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to our unit. On top of that, they lost power to parts of the building and there were no lights. Trips up and down the stairs were in total darkness. Efforts to get resolution were challenged by limited access and poor communication (English). Eventually moved to a new unit on our last night because they could not resolve the AC, but too little too late in my opinion. No other accommodation was offered given our multiple inconveniences. Should not be a Travelocity listing.

Nice little apartment close to everything. Easy access to subway, walkable to Gothic Quarter. So many restaurants to choose from. Small store next door for some things market close by. We had a small view of the Mediterranean from our unit, overlooking the Gothic Quarter, with views North to South and morning sunrises over the sea. Would stay there again. Thanks From Ron and Jose
