The Space:
Welcome to Mountain Serenity! This newly renovated 2-bedroom condo is close to all this area offers and is estimated 5 minutes to the ski slopes! Beech is the highest mountain east of the Mississippi! So come and enjoy the slopes, go for a hike, go biking, and more! Beech Mountain offers beautiful Fall colors and snowy conditions to enjoy in Winter! There are loads of fun and adventures the family can enjoy here in the high country! Step in and relax with a private mountain getaway at the top of Beech Mountain!

The fully equipped modern kitchen and inviting dining area open into the cozy living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings where you can gather around the intimate gas fireplace!

Guest Access:
Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The Neighborhood:
The condo is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips

Getting Around:
It is HIGHLY recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain during winter months!

Other Things to Note:
• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
• $150 Pet Fee plus tax; limit to only 2 dogs and less than 40lbs total.
• It is highly recommended to have AWD or 4x4 while visiting during winter months!
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to availability with a $25/hour fee. Reach out to the host to inquire.
