One of the reasons why I booked this was because they advertise 24 hour shuttle for airport and that was not the case they will get you a taxi. Also, the food at the hotel was very expensive as well as laundry services but everyone here was very nice very pleasant and helpful

In a great location for exploring Bangkok, room was slightly outdated especially the bathroom however the staff everywhere where very friendly and the hotel has great amenities after all so I can't complain
