Hotel staff were really friendly and nice. Buffet breakfast was nice to be included too and offered a good selection of continental and Thai. Location was very secluded but shops and restaurants around were good too. Plenty of activities to do in the area - staying in Kanchanaburi was my favourite part about our Thailand trip!! And would definitely stay in this hotel if we were to do it again. We also ordered room service a few nights after we’d had busy days and we honestly thought the Thai food was the best we’d had! 10/10 would definitely come again! We stayed for 6 nights and I was so sad to leave!"
