Mr. Yassin from reception helped us a lot. Check in was fast. During our stay the hot water suddenly stopped. We call the reception they sent someone to fix it and they upgrade us the next night. The doors of the rooms and balcony need some renovation. Otherwise the stay was amazing and refreshing. I recommend it"
