Comfortable stay. Great staff with excellent breakfast options and service. Leisure centre and pool facilities were excellent and staff polite and friendly. Only downside the room was not ready untill 1630 which shortened our stay.

First time at Kilford Arms and I will stay here again...the hotel is huge! Room was lovely and the staff were great.
