Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

They even gave me a gift at check-out, which was a lovely surprise — and that’s not even mentioning the welcome gift at check-in, a pack of masks that I found very thoughtful.
