Encontré varias condiciones que me hicieron sentir incómoda durante mi estancia y que no corresponden a lo que se muestra o se promete al momento de reservar. Reporté los problemas y tomé fotografías como evidencia, pero la situación afectó significativamente mi experiencia. Cuando uno reserva un hotel espera un lugar limpio, cómodo y bien mantenido, y desafortunadamente ese no fue mi caso. No recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros hasta que mejoren considerablemente sus estándares de limpieza y mantenimiento."
