Newer carpet, paint, slate entry, granite counters and newer appliances, and brand new couch. Unit has all the conveniences of home with a washer/dryer, 3 flat screen SMART (Hulu) televisions, wifi, DVD player, gas fireplace, A/C, and fitness room down the hall. There is no dining table but room for 4 at the kitchen counter overhang. Unit is within walking distance to shops & restaurants, shuttle and gondola to Beaver Creek.

The unit itself was very nice, getting up and down the elevators was a bit of a pain

Very nice unit, the town is very difficult to drive around in lots of traffic circles difficult to find your way around town. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean place

Stayed here with a couple friends for a few days. The location is wonderful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The master bedroom has a king size bed that was decent. Unfortunately the two queen size mattresses in the other bedroom are very uncomfortable. The place was very clean. However it’s located directly above a Chinese restaurant so the place smelled like Chinese food the entire time. The unit was well equipped with everything you need. We were skiing the entire trip so didn’t spend much time at the apartment so it worked out for us. I think I would stay again since the price is very reasonable.

Great location and perfect for us

Condo suited us perfectly, two BR + 2 baths. Comfortable and reasonably equipped. No kitchen table but bar worked for us. We were just 2 single friends. We were short pans, but owner provided new pans right away when we requested them. Also appreciated allowing us to check in early and stay an extra hour due to our flight timing. So nice to be near restaurants, grocery store, bus stop. Condo entry details were not provided until on the spot at the door. Thankfully was able to reach owner/manager right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Condo in Avon

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was close to Vail, Eagle, Edwards, and everywhere we needed to be. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and the convenience of a washer dryer was amazing with kids.

Another week stay in Avon

There is no dining/breakfast table, but for this trip it was fine. We set the temperature at 66 but always warms. Kinda hard to punch numbers to get the garage. Elevator went out and we could not get in via stairwells for about an hour, then some one said they jammed the stair locked doors open and we got in. The unit was very good as one would expect in a good location.

New Years Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect size and bed set up for our family of 5. Cozy fireplace & spacious master. I wish the property had been a bit cleaner (food in fridge, some clothing found under bed & a few other small things). However, we will DEFINITELY come back and stay again at this same property. It was the perfect New Years ski trip to Beaver Creek with our family!

Great location for skiing Beaver Creek

Wife and kids enjoyed this spacious condo in Chapel Square for Xmas vacation. Restaurants downstairs, on the Avon Skier Bus route, warm garage. Fantastic place and we will definitely rent again.

A good time

This is a great little apartment in the heart of Avon. Close to everything, it’s just ideal. I would give it five stars but the fireplace and jets in the tub were broken and the manager/host did not disclose the problems prior to our stay. I believe in transparency.

Walls are thin, could hear the TV blasting from the neighbors, one night until 11:30pm, and started again at 6:00am, very frustrating! The mattresses in both rooms could use replacing too, we felt like we were sleeping in a taco! Also recommend adding bus instructions on how to get to BC.

The unit advertises that it has a gas fireplace, however it does not work but I paid for it. The manager/owner should have informed me of that. A fireplace is a well-used and appreciated amenity when renting a place in the mountains. The smoke alarms went off each time I cooked and I wasn't burning anything. Then the smoke alarm began chirping as it does when the batteries are low. I emailed management and got no response, so I figured it out myself.

This condo is conveniently located in Avon. It’s the third stop for the skier express to Beaver Creek and right across from the supermarket. Dining is within walking distance too.

Property management very responsive and helpful. The location was close for adults but a bit too far for children to pack their gear to the bus/mountain shuttle. Great pizza place in the same complex. The unit was very well appointed with all basics you would need. That being said, there were repairs that were needed (kitchen faucet, blinds, deck ext doors, large rip in sofa.) We stayed 2 nights and had wonderful skiing at both Beaver Creek and Vail. This was one of the more affordable options and worked well for our family for a weekend stay.
