This is a very nice and very comfortable condo. Very clean, well-kept, well maintained. For you skiers it is right next to the Lake Street bus stop which takes you directly to the slopes at Beavercreek.

The one bedroom condo was spacious, but dated. The building does not have air conditioning and we were there during a pretty windy, sunny weekend in June, so keep that in mind. The building needs updates - a curtain rod in our room was falling off the wall, the elevator wasn't working for a few hours, the fire alarm was being tested in the middle of the day, and the front door sensor was not working properly. The location is great and a walk around Nottingham park out back was really great. I wouldn't book again unless I really just needed a place to sleep and didn't intend on hanging out in the room for any period of time.
