This ski-in, ski-out, one-bedroom residence offers a family room with a sleeper sofa, a complete kitchen with granite countertops, dining niche and guest suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom. Additional features include a private deck, stone flooring, washer/dryer and garage parking. This one-bedroom is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

This residence is located near an active construction area through September 1st. Guests will likely experience periodic construction noise during designated working hours.
