The hotel is located very near to a metro station bus stop. It has parking available for free. There is also an airport shuttle. The staff were genuinely and uniformly helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are well appointed.

We didn’t want the full breakfast bar so we orders from the menu. They were either out of, or forgot, half our order, never brought napkins or silverware as requested, then could not do room charge. The buffet might have been good but otherwise would suggest going elsewhere for breakfast.

The staff members were outstanding: helpful, kind, and funny. The only weird thing was the decor which features a light pole in front of an art print (why?). And the TV is in the full length mirror.
