"No es 4 estrella. Solo se preocupaban por cobrar todo era aparte muy mala atención y por ejemplo no había toallas de mano para todos había que pagarla a parte al igual que los saquitos de té o el café en la habitación. Muy mala la atención"

"I stayed for two nights in late May. I chose it because I was traveling with a small dog, and because I had to take the BuqueBus to Montevideo. The hotel is roughly 4 blocks from the area where the ferry docks. It is a nice hotel that has known better times. It needs better upkeep (new carpets, new paint, nothing major) and much better cleaning. My room was dusty in the corners and behind drapery. The staff was very helpful and prefessional. I do not recommend the bar as the drinks are expensive and very small. Location was really good for what I needed to do, but my trip was not a vacation."
