We had such a great stay at this beautiful home in Austin. The space itself is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed; it immediately felt warm and inviting the moment we walked in. Every detail seemed intentional, making it both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The location was another highlight. It was perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything Austin has to offer without feeling far from the action. Our host was fantastic throughout the entire stay; very responsive, communicative, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a seamless experience. That level of attentiveness really made a difference. Overall, this place struck the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and charm. We liked it so much that we have already booked it again for a future stay in a few months.

Very clean, well-managed property. It had everything I needed and more to make my month long stay comfortable and enjoyable. The backyard is a highlight - very cozy patio set, BBQ and well taken care of yard. I’d recommend this stay to anyone looking for a short or long term rental!

The location had perfect accessibility to the airport, medical center, Target, Randalls, and several H.E.B. stores , the appliances and finishes were very nice (especially the shower upstairs), the furnishings were adequate, but they need to pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness. Enjoyed the Austin jigsaw puzzle and the squirrel who visited daily. Would stay again. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the accommodations. I liked the new construction and the skylight in the shower. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt very safe. The bed I used was comfortable and the temperature was pretty even between upstairs and downstairs. This is important because the bedrooms are upstairs. A Keurig was provided with a variety of k cup choices. I didn’t cook but there were several pots, pans, utensils. Everything you would use at home. They had little boxes with lotion, soap, shower gel and hand soap at each sink. The host was very gracious and responsive. It was only about 10-15 mins from my son’s apartment, so the location was perfect for me. I would stay here again when visiting Austin. Highly recommend.

Responsive and welcoming host. Like that it's a new house so all the fixtures and mechanicals are in very nice shape. Internet and TV streaming on our own accounts worked great. Our only complaint because we are older and a bit pickey is that the decor, bedding and towels could use some freshening up. Also I took it upon myself to water and care for a few sad plants. Overall our month was great thank you!
