Beatiful interior...

Really nice layout inside. Cozy feeling. When we arrived the couch had a broken leg. Their guest book is great nice detail. The outdoor space was really not usable. The grass overgrowth was substanial. The firepit area was not usable. The brick around the firepit are coming apart and weeds are growing so fire hazard. The patio furniture in the front of the house it wicker which is old and breaking down. I wanted the owners to know about these items because i know sometimes management companies really dont let owners know about issues so i meaasged them for an email address to send them photos. I was not provided the email but was advised that they were aware of the broken couch before we arrived. We were not advised of this so it could have caused injury to me or my 80 year old parents. Or i felt like they might try to say we broke it. They apologized for the outdoor area and said they were probaly going to get rid of the patio furniture.. we were not really at the house that much as we were attending family events but for someone looking for a longer stay the outdoor area is very disappointing.

A great property & view

We stayed here over New Years and it was the perfect location. The view was amazing. The decor was so nice. My sons each had a room that was suited to their personality. My older son was in the game room / sleeper sofa. He said he wasn’t that comfortable. But we would stay here again regardless. Our situation was unique, we were moving our son to Austin and had a trailer. The driveway looked more level, but we were able to park in front. The owners were very helpful!!

Home away from home!

Our stay here met my expectations & then some! This beautiful home was jam-packed full of amenities and little creature comforts that made this stay so enjoyable for our group. From the oversized bath towels, to the comfortable beds, to the pantry items like coffee and microwave popcorn - these little details made this stay feel like a home away from home for us! To top things off, our hosts were extremely responsive - helping answer any questions and giving recommendations for local spots. Would highly recommend this place for your group!

Amazing Property

This house is beautiful!!! The host were amazing. We went for our daughters graduation and they had decorations and treats for her. The house was very clean and decorated so cute!!! We will definitely stay again if ever in need.

Lovely lovely house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is clean, comfy and well-appointed! The hosts have truly thought of everything to make their home feel like yours when you’re there and they were quick to respond when we had questions. The location is great. Not far from anything in Dripping Springs and Austin and Pedernales Falls State Park are just short drives. We loved the area and having found a place we enjoyed staying at so much, we can’t wait to come back!

First time in Dripping Springs

Wonderful home and extremely comfortable. Top-notch conditions and the owners thought of everything that made it easy to enjoy the stay. We’ll be coming back. The hill country is very quaint and beautiful. It was easy to enjoy because you felt right at home and relaxed. Drinking coffee in the morning at the kitchen table looking out at the view was a favorite feature for the wife and I. Kids loved having their own space to play games & TV. Kids also appreciated the wonderfully done extra bedrooms. Kudos to the owners!

Amazing family time in a beautiful home!!!!

We took our adult children and their children to explore the Dripping Springs/Lake Travis area. Oh my, what a trip! We had an amazing time. The area that this house is in is amazingly beautiful-the view was GREAT, the sunsets were breathtaking and the deer that came each evening like clockwork were BONUS! The home is awesome-there wasn't a thing that the homeowner's didn't think of. We felt all "warm and cozy" while we were there. It definitely felt like a loved home and was decorated perfectly. (I want that sofa in my living room!!!) I know we all loved it! The amenities that they included were so nice. The kids never had a chance to play with the gaming system as we kept them too busy! Tons of room to spread out and each family have their own space. The kitchen was equipped better than my kitchen at home!!! Beds were very comfortable - linens were great and the towels in the bathroom!!! I'm going home to order new bath towels! Also, exceptionally clean! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Jennifer & Jeremy for a great family vacation.
